A New Kind of Network

Talent Networks is Year Up United’s scalable talent ecosystem—made to bridge the gap between young adults and better opportunity, and broadening pipelines to higher earnings potential.

Innovating Opportunity

With programs designed for community college and K–12 students and other young adults, we’re creating solutions that support their transition to working professionals. Through our Career Connect, Career Labs, and Career Alliances programs, students gain access to training, community workshops, and employment navigators to help them find their passion, then go out and make it happen.

Career Connect

Career Connect exists to advance community college students to full-time career opportunities. Students engage in live workshops, career search coaching, and curriculum-based learning, gaining the in-demand skills they need to attain the job they want.

Career Alliances

Career Alliances are highly coordinated coalitions of partners and stakeholders--including training providers, employers, and talent--that work at the local level to drive economic growth and access to employment in fields like life sciences and more.

Career Labs

Career Labs works within school districts and community colleges to help prepare students for the world ahead of them. We’re helping education leaders leverage career-building skills with curriculums—so the confidence, skills, and mindsets students need to become professionals aligns with their educational success too.
