Grads of Life
Create an equitable skills-first talent strategy through Grads of Life. Our advisory services and flagship tools, the Skills-First Accelerator and Skills-First Navigator, offer employers the insights, tactics, and support they need to meet immediate hiring needs and create long-term talent management solutions.
Talent Networks
Community partners gain access to resources that can help their students advance beyond the classroom through our Career Connect, Career Labs, and Career Alliances programs. YUPRO Placement
YUPRO Placement provides innovative and nontraditional skills-first workforce solutions that address skills gaps and hiring demand for employers nationwide. Whether you require temporary skilled professionals to meet increased demand or need to nurture a pipeline of professionals equipped with sought-after skills, YUPRO Placement can find you the talent you need through our suite of staffing solutions.

Through our tuition-free training offering, young adults develop the skills they need to excel in corporate America. With more than 10 different Career Pathways, students can learn from experts while earning an educational stipend, gain hands-on experience with access to internships, and connect with some of the leading companies in the country.
